The new ESG assessment issued on Venix by Cerved Rating Agency S.p.A.- the Italian rating agency specialized in the creditworthiness assessment of Italian non-financial companies and in the sustainability assessments of economic operators –confirms us in the “High Performance” tier. Compared to the 2024 analysis, we gained +3 points, reaching an overall score of 64/100.

The most significant progress was recorded in the Environmental area, where we rose to 72/100 (+5 points). This achievement stems from concrete initiatives such as the introduction of the New Environmental Policy with qualitative and quantitative targets on energy and water consumption and waste management; the installation of the photovoltaic system; investments in more efficient and sustainable machinery; a more conscious use of resources with reduced paper and plastic consumption; and improved waste management.

The Social section confirms a score of 70/100, reflecting our commitment to ensuring a high level of corporate welfare, investing in continuous training, and maintaining rigorous health and safety standards, supported by ISO 45001 certification.
