Our 2024 Sustainability Report provides a transparent overview of the environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives that guide our operations and long-term strategy.

Prepared in collaboration with CRIBIS and aligned with GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards and ESRS European Sustainability Reporting Standards, the report offers a clear and structured assessment of our performance and impact.

Among the key highlights of the 2024 report:

  • Business Risk Class A

  • Alignment with 7 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

  • 99.63% of waste diverted from landfill

  • 1,379 hours of employee training delivered

  • Monitoring of Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions

Over the past three years, Venix has invested in energy efficiency, advanced production technologies and supply chain transparency, strengthening governance practices and improving environmental performance. These initiatives include investments in energy-efficient infrastructure, advanced manufacturing technologies and improved monitoring of environmental impacts.

The report also identifies areas where further progress is needed. Recognizing these opportunities allows us to continue improving our processes, reinforcing accountability and raising our sustainability standards year after year.
